Creative Gen’s Summer 2024 Schedule & Updates

As summer has officially arrived, I have a few important updates regarding the Creative Genesis schedule to share with you.

Schedule Changes: Due to my upcoming visit to Australia to spend time with family, there will be a temporary pause in our Writers’ Workshops. Please note the following dates when classes will not be held:

• No classes from June 27th to July 4th
• No classes from July 25th to August 9th

Modified Class Schedule (July 8th to July 25th): During this period, we will have a modified class schedule. The classes will be held as follows:

• Writers Workshop Late: 4 PM EDT / 1 PM PDT
• Writers Workshop 3: 7 PM EDT / 4 PM PDT

Please note that there will be no Early Hour Writers Workshop (5 PM BST / 12 PM EDT / 9 AM PDT) during this period.

Normal Schedule Resumes: We will resume our normal Writers’ Workshop schedule starting August 12th.

Stay tuned as I announce some new and exciting workshops, opportunities, and lessons over the summer! I will also regularly attend Recess Social Hour over the summer, and it would be a great opportunity to see what the rest of Recess has to offer your child.

Yesterday, Christopher from Recess also joined the Writers’ Workshop to share other amazing opportunities and classes at Recess. I will follow up with a list of those summer offerings. In the meantime, if your child has not already, I recommend joining a Launch Squad at Recess. It’s the BEST way to get to know a few people and be introduced to everything Recess offers. Kids come and hang out with Recess guides, play a few games and learn about the platform.

If you have any questions or need further information, please feel free to reach out. I look forward to this creative journey together and wish you all a wonderful summer.
